Annual Report to Governor & General Assembly due Dec. 1 (Chapter 487, Acts of 2002; Code Labor & Employment Article, sec. 9-318).

Created by the General Assembly in October 2002, the Advisory Committee on Budget of State Workers' Compensation Commission advises the State Worker's Compensation Commission and the Governor about the budget of the State Workers' Compensation Commission (Chapter 487, Acts of 2002). Annually, the Advisory Committee reviews the Commission's tentative operating budget and makes recommendations.

The Commission consists of twelve members appointed by the Governor with Senate advice and consent. The Governor names the Chair (Code Labor & Employment Article, secs. 9-317, 9-318).
