Sir.
If you should have any Linen left, after supplying the
Recruits raised in your County, you will be pleased to let
Colo Rawlings have so much as he may want for the Rifle
Corps, taking his receipt for the same

Colo Rawlings informs us there are about Ten of the Sub-
stitutes for Washington County to march. We request you
will permit these Men to go into his Corps, by which Means,
we hope he will be able to discharge the Militia engaged in
guarding the Prisoners at Fort Frederick
