By the House of Delegates
September 29th 1704.
The within reasons are offered by this House to the Lord
Baltimore's objections to the Land Law and tho we are of
opinion that the Land law ought to be revised so as to answer
the reasonable part of his Lordships objections yet because of
other great matters under present Consideration Time will
not permitt so careful Examination as the same ought to be
done with therefore we pray your Honours to Joyne with us
in a small bill to Continue the same Law in force till next Ses-
sions of Assembly when by God's Grace it may be revised as
it ought to be and this we pray to the end that the Province
in the meantime may not loose the Benefitt of the most useful
and necessary part of the said Law
