Then the house being called over the Members were pres-
ent as Yesterday.
The proceedings of the House on Yesterday were read.
Mr Tyler from the Conference appointed Yesterday about
his Exncys letter on the back of Mr Carrolls, acquaints Mr
Speaker that the said Comittee has made some progress in
that matter and that the proceedings of the said Comce shall
be ready to be laid before this house in a small time.
Mr Bordley from the Comittee of Laws delivers Mr Speaker
a draught of a letter prepared for the Honble Col Nathaniel
Blackiston the Agent of this Province.
The House adjournes till 1 a Clock in the afternoon.
