The House met according to Adjournment &c.
A Bill Entituled an Act to Continue the Process & Proceedings
in the Provincial Court and County Courts and for Trial of Capital
Offences at the Next Provincial Court to be held the third Tuesday
of May next was read the first time.
On reading the said Bill the second time; The Question was put
that the said Bill pass without Amendment,
Resolved in the Affirmative.
