A Bill Entituled an Act explaining part of an Act Entituled an Act Directing the Payments of fees arising due on the Prosecution of White Servants was read the first time and Ordered to lye on the Table. The Question was put that a Bill be brought in for raising a Duty of three Pence p Hogshead for Anns and Ammunition. Resolved in the Negative.
