                       That William Singleton standeth indebted unto Jno Pitt in the
                uide: 237 Some of 2000lb tob: as by his bill will appeare besides 1400lb tob:
                     more uppon accompt all which the said Singleton refuseth to pay to
                     yor petr Hee humbly therefore Craueth this honble Court to grant
                     him Order for his said debt of 3400lb tob: wth Charge & Cost of
                     Suite & he shall pray
