Afs^d Did Not Send the Writt And Thereupon the Said attorney Gen^H as be-
fore Saith that in the Record and Process afs^d as also in rendering the judgm^t
[837] Aforesaid it was manifestly Erred Alledging the Errors Afores^t in form
afores^d above Alledged And Prays that the Judgment afores^d for the Errors
and others In the record and Process afs^d being may be reversed Annulled and
Altogether held for none And that the said Edmond Jennings and Ariana his
Wife to all things which by Occasion of the judgment afs^d have lost may be
restored And the said John Stokes to the Errors afores^d Rejoyn and that his
Lordships Court of Appeals and Err^rs here will Proceed to the Examination
of As well the record and Process afs^d as of the Matters afs^d above for Err^r*
Assigned.

And the said John Stokes sayth that neither in the Record and Process
afs^a Nor in the matters therein Contained nor in Rendering the judgment
afs^d it is in Anywise Erred And Likewise Prays that his said Lordships Court
of Appeals and Errors here Proceed to the Examination As well of the Record
and Process Afs^d as of the Matters afs^d above for Err^rs assigned And that the
Said judgment in Every thing May be Affirmed. But because his said Lord-
ships Court of Appeals and Err^rs here of rendering their judgment of and
Upon the Premisses Are not as Yet Advised Day is thereof Given to the Par-
ties afs^d Before his Lordships Governour and Council from the said Second
Wednesday of July at the City afs^d Untill the third Thursday of October be-
ing the Sixteenth Day of the same month Annoque Dom 1729. To hear their
judgment of and Upon the Premisses for that his Lordships Court of Appeals
and Err^rs here thereof are not as Yet Advised. On which said third Thursday
of October Last mentioned before his Lordships Governour and Council
afores^d Sitting as a Court of Appeals and Errors at the City afs^d Comes the
parties Afs^d by their attorneys afs^d. Whereupon all and Singular the Prem-
isses by the Court here being Seen and fully Understood and Diligently Ex-
amined and Inspected As well the Record and Process Afores^d As the matters
above for Errors Assigned for that it Seems to his Lordships Court now here
that in the record and Process Afs^d as also in Rendering the Judgment afores^d
that it is manifestly Erred It is Considered that the judgm^t afs^d for the Errors
afs^d and others in the Record and Process afs^d be Reversed Annulled and
Altogether held for none And that the said Edmond Jennings and Ariana
his Wife Executrix afores^d at whose Request as Afores^t to Every thing which
by Occasion of the Judgment Afs^d they have Lost be Restored etc.
