The proceedings of yesterday were read.
Mr. Scott submitted the following order:
Ordered, That hereafter the Convention hold afternoon
sessions daily, commencing at half past three P. M.
The question being on the adoption of the order,
Mr. Barren moved to lay it on the table, and demanded the
yeas and nays;
