THE PRESIDENT: The Chair recognizes Delegate

Powers to make a motion with respect to Resolutions 31 to

43 and 46 to 51.

DELEGATE POWERS: I move that all interfering

rules be suspended so we may consider Resolutions 46 through

8

51, and 31 to 43.

THE PRESIDENT:- Is there a second?
