The amendment is in the second sentence. It

refers only to a law as the law referred to in the previous

sentence, "suspendible." That is not a word of art so there-

fore the second sentence would say, "If one-half the re-

quired signatures are filed 30 days after it becomes
|
|

law," strike the word "it" so it would read "the law if
|
|

suspendible."
