WHEREAS, the coverage of the Constitutional

Convention by the many representatives of the press,
|
|

radio, and television has presented an excellent

|

and objectiv epicture of the entire Convention and of all
|
|

|
its deliberations ~and debates; and
|
|
7
|
WHEREAS, the coverage and reporting has made the
|
|
8
|
function of the Public Information Committee a relatively
|
|
9
|
simple one insofar as continuous reporting to the
|
|
10
|
public was concerned; and
|
|
11
|
WHEREAS, the reporting has been fair, objective
|
|
12
|
and informative, now therefore be it
|
|
13
|
RESOLVED that the Public Information Committee
|
|
14
|
and the Constitutional Convention express its gratitude
|
|
15
|
and appreciation to all news media, and particularly to
|
|
16
|
the representatives who have spent many long days and hours
|
|
17
|
fully covering the Convention; and be it
|
|
18
|
FURTHER RESOLVED, that copies of this resolu-
|
|
19
|
tion be delivered to the representatives of the press.
