PRESIDENT ENEY: There are times when one wishes

so much that he had the eloquence and the power of expres-

sion and the ability to put in words the thoughts that go

racing through his mind. I do not have that ability.

It is utterly impossible for me to express to

you in words what that mace and inscription with all the

13

signatures on it means to me. You will simply have to

14

read my mind and be satisfied with a simple but very, very

15

heartfelt thank you.
