The Senate bill entitled, an Act to protect churches and
church property, and parsonages, and to punish trespassers
on the same, with amendments proposed by Committee on
the Judiciary.
Being upon a third reading, the proposed amendments,
viz: in line 2, after the word "person" insert "unlawfully
and maliciously," were adopted.
Mr, Neale proposed the following amendment:
