Nicols, of said county.

No. 222. An act to amend an act to incorporate the Mu-
tual Insurance Company of Allegany county, passed at
December session, 1847, chapter II I, and the supplement
thereto passed at December session, 1849, chapter 385, and
the act amendatory thereof passed at January session, 1860,
chapter 309.
No. 223. An act to add additional sections to article 45 of
the Code of Public General Laws relating to husband and
wife, and to define the rights and liabilities of married wo-
men as tenants for a term of years.
No. 224. An Act to incorporate Mount Moriah Lodge, No.
116, Ancient Free and Accepted Masons.
No. 225. An act to incorporate "The Congregation of the
Mission of St. Vincent de Paul" of the City of Baltimore.
No. 226. An act appropriating a sum of money to pay the
claims of James L. Martin, Thomas Donaldson, Thomas S.
Alexander, John A. Lynch, John Ritchie and the adminis-
trators of the estate of the late Ezekiel F. Chambers, Samuel
T. Hopkins, Lloyd Tilghman and Michael Zimmerman, for
services rendered the State by official appointment.

gomery county to act as Postmaster and Justice of the Peace.
