Probate to a list of desperate debts, viz.

Then came A. B. administrator of C. D. late of ------
county, deceased, and made oath, that the aforegoing
is a just and true list of debts desperate, which
have come to his knowledge, that he hath not received
any part thereof, and the he will well and
truly charge himself, with all and every such
debt
or debts as shall hereafter come to his hands
or possession.
