that is, at any time before, but not one day
after the 15th April 1767, in the following
words, verbatim, viz.
" Then came A. B. and made oath, &c. that the
" above account is just and true as it stands
" stated, and that he hath not, directly or indirectly
" (to his knowledge) received any part or
" parcel thereof, or any security or satisfaction for
" the same, more than credit given."

Probate to an
account. |
To which deposition, a receipt as above directed
being obtained, and subjoined to the account,
it will be a proper and legal voucher.

If several years dealings are contained in such
account, then one probate is required as above
for the first year's dealings, and another probate
for the second year; which probate must
as before include the first article becoming due
of that second year, and be proved any time
within twelve months from that date; a third
probate must appear for the third year, in the
same manner, and so on, for every succeeding
year's dealings, a probate for every year, until
all and every article of the account appear to
have been proved within a twelvemonth from
the time they became due; these several probates
being only transcripts from the books of
the creditors, (who do, or ought to prove
