allowed, to pass an additional, or final account,
that is, from one court to another, held at Annapolis
by the commissary-general, on the second
tuesdays in January, March, May, July,
September and November, no longer time being
ever granted, except in some particular
cases. Every account, but more especially a
final account, (in which it must never be omitted)
must mention at the foot of it, the names
of the sureties on the administration, with their
places of abode, and in all accounts of intestates
estates, particular mention must be made of
the names of the kindred entitled to a distributive
share thereof, and in what degree they
are related.

Lastly the probate is to be administred, previous
to which, the executor or administrator
should be questioned, if he did not obtain these
receipts upon the payment, or on securing the
payment, of a less sum, seriously cautioning him,
that it is really included in the oath he is going
to take, that he hath actually, and bona fide
paid, or secured to be paid, the whole sums for
which he claims allowance. If no objection is
made, then he is to take the following oath, viz.
