A supplement to an Act entitled an Act to incorporate the
Burkettsville Female Seminary, Frederick county, passed
January session, 1867, chapter 111.
An Act to appropriate the sum of money therein mentioned
to pay John Stevens Sellman, of Anne Arundel county, for
his services as an Elector of the Senate of 1836.
An Act to require the County Commissioners of Baltimore
and Carroll counties to levy a sum of money to build a bridge
across the North Branch of the Patapsco River, on the Lime
Kiln Road.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 939, Article 4, of
the Public Local Laws, relating to Baltimore city, sub-title
Water, as enacted by chapter 38 of the Act of the General
Assembly, passed at the January session, 1866, and to re-
enact the said section so as to read as follows.

The bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to
Article 42 of the Code of Public General Laws, empowering
the Governor to remove insane convicts confined in the Peni-
tentiary, and provide for their support in some suitable in-
stitution within the State.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 38 of Article 22
of the Code of Public Local Laws for Worcester county.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 50., Article 5, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title Appeals, sub-title
Appeals from Justices of the Peace, and to re-enact the same
with amendments.

The bill entitled an Act to make valid the official acts of
certain Constables appointed by the Mayor and City Council
of Baltimore, elected under the present Constitution of the
State of Maryland.

of the Public Local Laws of Prince George's county, entitled
Bladenshuig, and to re-enact the same with amendments, so
as to read as follows.
