CHAPTER 92.
AN ACT to permit the citizens of Hooper 's Island,
Dorchester County, to shoot and take wild fowl
from sink boats, blinds or otherwise, for home
consumption.

SECTION 1. Be it, enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the citizens of Hooper's Island,
Dorchester County, are hereby authorized and
permitted to take and shoot wild fowl in or from
sink boats, blinds or otherwise, for home consump-
tion, within the waters surrounding said Island
not exceeding one mile from the shores of said
Island.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 93.
AN ACT to alter and amend an Act to incorpo-
rate the Mutual Insurance Company of Alle-
gany County, passed at December Session, eight-
een hundred and forty-seven, Chapter one hun-
dred and eleven, and the several supplements
thereto, so as to convert the said Company into
a stock Company, to be known as the Fire In-
surance Company of Allegany County.

pany of Allegany County, incorporated by an Act
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at
December Session, eighteen hundred and forty-
seven, Chapter one hundred and eleven, and the
