A bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act passed at January
session 1868, chapter 406, entitled an Act to repeal the Act
passed the 23d of March 1867, chapter 184, entitled an Act,
&c., in relation to oysters, with proposed amendments :

Section 33, line 8, after the word. "vessel," insert : Provi-
ded, that the board aforesaid, shall under no circumstances
exceed the above appropriations.

Section 15, line 4, insert after the word "not," the words:
not less than fifty dollars, &c.

Section 18, line 4, strike out the word "ten," and insert
the word forty in lieu thereof.

Section 16, line 9, strike out the words "within two and
a-half miles of," and insert: within one and a-half miles of.

Section 21, line 8, strike out all after the word "provided,"
to the end of the section.
