Mr. Wilson moved that the House bill entitled an Act to
provide for maintaining and keeping in repair the public
roads of Prince George's county, be read the third time this
day.

The yeas and nays were called as required by section 27,
of Article 3, of the Constitution, and appeared, as follows:

AFFIRMATIVE.

Browne, Miller,
Carroll, Parker,
Clarke, Sellman,
Denson, Snyder,
Fields, Spates,
Grove, Stephenson,
Henry, Welch,
Hyland, Wilson—18.

NEGATIVE—None.

So two-thirds of all the Senators having voted in the
affirmative, the rules were suspended.

Said bill was then read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays, as follows :

and to re-enact the same with amendments,
