Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

Mr. Maddox moved that House bill entitled an Act to in-
corporate the Patapsco Chemical Works be read the third
time this day.

The yeas and nays were called, as required by section 27,
of Article 3 of the Constitution, and appeared as follows:
