CHAPTER 62.

AN ACT to appropriate the sums of money there-
in mentioned to pay the claims of the State Re-
porter and J. Murphy & Co.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the Treasurer, upon the war- rant of the Comptroller, who is hereby directed to issue the same, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay to J. Schaaf Stockett, State Re- porter, the sum of eight hundred and eighty-six dollars, balance due him for two hundred copies of volume twenty-nine, Maryland Reports, deliv- ered at the State Library, for the use of the State, and to J. Murphy & Co. the sum of one hundred and eighty-five dollars, balance due him for paper on which said volume of Maryland Reports was printed.		Treasurer to pay.
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved March 2, 1870.		In force.
CHAPTER 63.
AN ACT to empower the Commissioners of Wi- comico County to appoint an additional Consta- ble in Sharptown District, number ten, of said County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the Commissioners of Wicomi- co County be and are hereby directed and em- powered to appoint an additional Constable in Sharptown District, number ten, of said County, to have and exercise all the powers belonging to other Constables of said County.	Additional Constable.
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved March 2, 1870.	In force.
