CHAPTER 17.
AN" ACT authorizing James U. Dennis, guardian of
Levin E. P. Bowland, a minor, to pass his final
account with the Orphans' Court of Somerset
county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That James U. Dennis, guardian of Levin
E. P. Bowland, a minor, be and he is hereby au-
thorized to pass his final account, as guardian, before
the Orphans' Court of Somerset county, and to pay
and deliver over to the said Levin E. P. Bowland all
his property, real and personal, and monies that may
be due to him on the said final account, and to take
his receipt for the same, which shall be acknowledged
and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills
for said county, and have the same effect as if the
same was executed by a person of full age.
, SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That from and after the
passage of this Act, the said Levin E. P. Bowland.
shall be answerable for all debts., con-tracts and lia-
bilities made and entered into by him,, and may sue
and be sued as fully as if he was. ©if full age.
SEC. 3. Be it enacted. That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
