year than shall be annually levied for school pur-

poses, by the county commissioners of said county,

in addition to the amount annually received by the
|
 
|

said school commissioners from the Treasurer of the
|
 
|

State; and they shall not borrow any sum or sums

by law; and it shall not be lawful for said county

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That all laws inconsistent

|
|
with the provisions of this act, be and the same are

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

CHAPTER 277.
|
 
|
|
AN ACT to repeal chapter seventy-seven (77) of the
|
 
|
|
laws passed in eighteen hundred and seventy-four,
|
 
|
|
relating to Oysters in Sinepuxent bay and its trib-
|
 
|
|
utaries and to re-enact the same with amendments,
|
 
|
|
and also to protect fish therein.
|
 
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
 
|
|
Maryland, That chapter seventy-seven (77) of the
|
Repealed and
|
|
acts passed January session, eighteen hundred and
|
conditioned
|
|
seventy-four, (1874), for the protection"of Oysters in
|
 
|
|
Sinepuxent Bay and its tributaries, is hereby re-
|
 
|
|
pealed, but all violations of said act may be prose-
|
 
|
|
cuted and punished as fully as if said act had not
|
 
|
|
been repealed.
