SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That no license to sell

of thirty dollars for any one year, and pro rata for

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the Clerk of the

as to the sufficiency of the bond, and the competency

 

of the petitioners required by section one of this act,

 

and if he shall wilfully or negligently fail so to do,

 

he shall upon conviction be deemed guilty of a mis-

of the court of not less than fifty, nor more than one

 

hundred dollars for each offence.

 

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty
