AN ACT to incorporate the Maryland Tubing Trans-

 

portation Company.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That David T. Busby, J. Kemp Barttell,

 

William T. Dixon, George Whitelock and Andrew

are hereby made a body corporate and politic by

 

the name and style of " The Maryland Tubing Trans-

 

portation Company," with all the rights, franchises

 

and powers incident to a corporation; with power
