CHAPTER 287.

AN ACT to refund to Zadok Marshall, late Collector

of Worcester county, the sum of seventy-five dol-

lars and twenty-two cents, by him heretofore paid

into the Treasury of the State.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That on the warrant of the Comptroller,

the County Commissioners of Worcester county to

have been overpaid to the State by the said Zadok

dred and seventy and eighteen hundred and seven-

ty-one, which payment has been recommended by

Levin Wolford, Comptroller, and Barnes Compton,

Treasurer of the State.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
