AN ACT to refund to Zadok Marshall, late Collector

of Worcester county, the sum of seventy-five dol-

lars and twenty-two cents, by him heretofore paid
|

into the Treasury of the State.
|
 
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
 
|
|
Maryland, That on the warrant of the Comptroller,
|
 
|
|
the Treasurer of the State is hereby directed to pay

Worcester county, the sum of seventy-five dollars

|

Levin Wolford, Comptroller, and Barnes Compton,
|

|
Treasurer of the State.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
