CHAPTER 297.

 

AN ACT to incorporate the Uniontown and Lin-

 

wood Turnpike Company, of Carroll county,

 

Maryland.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That Upton Roop, Josiah Engler, Joseph

incorporated, and they or a majority of them, may
