the explanatory plat and necessary profiles of grades

are made, and the examiner or the examiners, as the

case may be, shall have completed the valuation of
|
 
|
|
damages and estimated the probable cost of opening,
|
 
|
|
grading and construction, and of the proceeding in
|
 
|
|
the matter, and of the amount that will be required
|
 
|
|
to be assessed as benefits, and shall have prepared a
|
 
|
|
statement of the same; the said examiner or exami-
|
 
|
|
ners, as the case may be, shall give fifteen days'
|
 
|
|
notice in one or more newspapers published in Bal-
|

timore county, and one or more newspapers pub-

|
lished in Baltimore city, that said plat, profile and
|
 
|
|
statement are ready for examination, and that the
|
 
|
|
said examiner or examiners, as the case may be,
|
 
|
|
will meet on such days and at such time and place
|
 
|
|
as may be designated in said notice, to review any
|
 
|
|
of the several matters set forth in said statement, to
|
 
|
|
which any person claiming to be interested therein
|
 
|
|
may object; and the said examiner or examiners, as
|
 
|
|
the case may be, shall consider all such objections
|
 
|
|
and representations that may be made to any mat-
|
 
|
|
ter in said statement, and shall make all such cor-
|
 
|
|
rections and alterations in the valuations of damages,
|
 
|
|
estimates of probable cost of opening, grading and
|
 
|
|
construction, and assessments for benefits and all
|
 
|
|
other matters contained in such statement, as in the
|
 
|
|
judgment of the said examiner or examiners, as the
|
 
|
|
case may be, shall appear to be just and proper ;
