SEC. 33. And be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of Acts

 

inconsistent herewith be and they are hereby repealed.

 

SEC. 34. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 598.

 

AN ACT to repeal Section 46 of Article 72 of the Code of

 

Public General Laws, title "Oysters," as amended by Acts

 

of the General Assembly of Maryland, 1894, so far as the

 

same applied to the Patuxent river, and to enact in lieu

 

thereof the following:

 

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

location shall be made by a competent surveyor, describing

 

the same by metes and bounds, and plot the same, which plot,

 

with its metes and bounds shall be recorded in one of the Land
