We herewith submit a report of cases heard and decisions rendered by the State License Bureau
under the Alcoholic Beverages Law for the fiscal year beginning July 1,1945, and ending June 30,1946.

In Charles, Queen Anne's. Somerset, Wicomico and Worcester Counties, the State License Bureau
acts as a Board of Hearing Officers, their decision being subject to appeal to the Circuit Courts of these
Counties.
