We herewith submit a report of cases heard and decisions rendered by the State Appeal Board
under the Alcoholic Beverages Law for the fiscal year beginning July 1st, 1946, and ending June 30,
1947.

In Charles, Queen Anne's, Somerset, Wicomico and Worcester Counties, the Board acts as Hear-
ing Officers, their decision being subject to appeal to the Circuit Courts of these counties.
