COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.

Chapter 61 amends and re-enacts section 80, as follows:

SEC. 1. The said commissioners shall receive three dollars per
day, each, for every day they shall necessarily attend to the
duties of their office, and one dollar for every twenty miles they
may have to travel to their place of meeting.

2. The County Commissioners of Anne Arundel county are
authorized in their discretion, upon the recommendation of the
school commissioners of said county, to levy taxes upon the
assessable property of Anne Aruudel county, to erect and re-
