1874, c. 221, relating to license to measure oysters at Baltimore and
Crisfield.

1874, c. 437, authorizing citizens of Talbot and Dorchester counties to
take oysters upon obtaining a license therefor.

1874, c. 473, requiring all auctioneers making sales in Baltimore county
to pay a license fee.

1862, c. 190, amending article 4, sec. 354, of pub. local laws, "City of
Baltimore, " relating to guagers of casks and inspectors of domestic
liquors, and prescribing license to be issued, (and sec 1872, c. 264. )

1806, c. 110, an net to regulate the issuing of licenses for the sale of
spirituous or fermented liquors within the limits of the town of Cecilton,
in Cecil county.

1806, c. 144, relating to the sale of spirituous and fermented liquors to
minors in the city of Annapolis and within five miles thereof. (See
article 2, pub. local laws, "Anne Arundel county. "

1867, c. 125, relating to sale, &c., of spirituous liquors within the village
of Charlotte Hall, in St. Mary's county. (See article 18, pub. local laws,
" St. Mary's county, " sub-title " Charlotte Hall. "

1872, c. 318, an act to enable the voters of election district 8 of Dor-
chester county, to determine by ballot whether liquors Shall be sold in
said district, or a license granted fur the same.

1874, c. 163, an act to add a new sec. to article 22, pub. local laws, " Wor-
cester county, " to be entitled, " Sales of spirituous or fermented liquors. "

1874, c. 425, an act to add certain sub-sects, to article 19, pub. local laws,
" Somerset county, " sub-title " License. "

1874, c. 453, an act to enable the voters of Queen Anne's, Caroline, Dor-
chester and Talbot counties, to determine by ballot whether liquors shall
be sold in said counties, or in any election district thereof, or a license
granted for the sale of the same.

1874, c. 439, an act to regulate the issuing of licenses for the
sale of spirituous and fermented liquors in this state.

The following acts forbid the issuing of license to sell spirituous or fer-
mented liquors at the places therein named:

1862, c. 136, within two and a half miles of Sandy Springs, in Mont-
gomery county.

1862, c. 242, within two miles of Brookville, nor within the limits of the
first election district, nor within a radius of four miles from every church
and school in Montgomery county.

1862, c. 252, at or near the village of Calverton, in Baltimore county.

1864, c. 184, in the village of Meyersville, in Frederick county.

1864, c. 206, at or near Woodberry factory, in Baltimore county.

1864. c. 348, within the borough of North East, in Cecil county, (re-
pealed and re-enacted by 1868, c. 342. )

1865. c. 110, at or near Federalsburg, in Dorchester and Caroline counties.

1866. c. 92, on or near the line of the Washington county railroad dur-
ing the time of its construction, (repealed by 1867, c. 835. )
