CHAPTER 360.

AN ACT to authorize the Inspector of Tobacco

Warehouse number three to pay and settle the

|
|

claims of Clarence C. Whiting and Henry E.
|
|
|
|
|
Hazelhurst, for storage on tobacco deposited with
|
|
|
|
|
them.
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
|
|
|
|
bly of Maryland, That the Inspector of Tobacco
|
|
|
|
|
Warehouse number three be and he is hereby au-
|
|
|
|
|
thorized, empowered and directed to pay to Clarence
|
|
|
|
|
C. Whiting, or his assigns, the sum of one thousand
|
|
|
|
|
and sixty dollars and forty-four cents, for storage
|
|
|
|
|
and cooperage on tobacco stored with him by order
|

ber three ; and to pay to Henry E. Hazelhurst, or

his assigns, the sum of one hundred and forty one

ited by him, by authority of the said inspector of
|
|
|
|
|
number three warehouse ; said sums of money to
|
|
|
|
|
be paid out of the proceeds of any tobacco in said
|
|
|
|
|
Tobacco Warehouse number three.

|
|

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take
