a license to use the same, shall grant a license under


the seal of his court to such applicant, specifying the


name and residence of the applicants, the number of


the sink box, the waters embraced in said license,


the width of water forbidden, and the penalty for


its violation.


SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That every applicant,


before obtaining said license, shall pay to the clerk of
the Circuit Court for Queen Anne s county the sum


of ten dollars for each and every year dating from


November first in each year, and it shall be the duty


of each and every person obtaining a license to ex-


hibit the same whenever called upon by any officer
