neighborhood where said justice resides, the officer

advertise the same in some newspaper published in


Queen Anne's county for at least ten days before


the said sale of the said sink box, decoys, boats, guns


and other furniture thus seized, setting forth the


time, place and terms of said sale (which shall be

SEC. 11. And be it enacted, That should any per-

conviction before any justice of the peace of Queen

until said fine has been paid.


SEC. 12. And be it enacted, That any person or


persons convicted under any of the provisions of


this act shall have the right of appeal from the
