Creditts belonging or appertaining to Joseph ffreeman late of this County to answr: unto the Sd: ffrancis
Jenckins in a plea of Debt To the value of eight Thousand Six hundred Sixty four pounds of tobacco at the
least returne thereof being made to or: Justices the 10th: day of June last past for eight Thousand Six hundred
Sixty and five pounds of Tobacco attached by the Sheriffe as pr returne in Scedule ingrossed makes appear
The Said ffrancis Jenckins having made appeare his originall debt Justly due before or: Justices in (Cort:)
Sitting the 13th: day of the Said month of June & the vizt the 13th:day of June 1690 the Justices of or:Sd:Cort:
in Cort:Sitting the Said effects attached did Condemne & ordered the Same by way of execution to be deliver to the Said ffrancis Jenckins ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Now the Condicon of the abovesd: obligacon is Such that if incase the Said absent defendt: Josesph ffreeman Shall in
one year and A day (to be Computed accounted from the day of the Said attachment awarded) Come
either in person or by his Lawfull attourney appeare in the Said orriginall accon against the Sd:
ffrancis Jenckins & make appeare that the Said plaintiffe hath beene & is Satisfied of his debt or
in his said accon or Shall otherwise in Cort:discount or barr the Sd: plaintiff of the Same That the plte make
restitution according to lawe: as also to Save & keepe harmless their Maties: Justices of the Peace
for the Sd: County of Somr:Sett and all other the officers That then this obligacon to Stand void & of no
effect otherwise to be and remayne in full force power and vertue / ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
