had the word District in each of their titles. To me, it

is almost farfetched to expect any conflict between a

Federal District Court and this kind o.C court.

MR. ENEY: There is conflict, in the newspaper

and the news media. They don't say District Court of the

|

United States for the District of Maryland. They say
|
|

District Court. You have States where you have this.

Texas is one. Judge Niles, you know of other States

where they have District Courts.

JUDGE NILES: Massachusetts has District Courts.

leading towards the name, People's Court, is that it has

achieved a certain acceptance in Maryland. There are a

number of courts, as you know, a number of counties which

use the name, and it is sort of identified with upgrading
