AN ACT concerning

State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners

FOR the purpose of continuing the State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners in
accordance with the provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act (Sunset
Law) by extending to a certain date the termination provision relating to the
statutory and regulatory authority of the Board; repealing statutorily set fees and
authorizing the Board to set reasonable fees to carry out is responsibilities; and
generally relating to the State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners.
