sembly of Maryland of 1912, the same being-also Sections 429,
432 and 435 of the Revised Code of the Public Local Laws of
Baltimore County, as legalized by an Act of the Legislature
at its session of 1916, title "Racing Commission", and to re-
enact the same with amendments and providing for increasing
the license fees for holding races and for penalties for the
violation of the provisions of this Act by the Baltimore
County Racing Commission.

CHAPTER 309.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections 11
and 12 of Chapter 209 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1916, entitled "An Act relating to motion
picture films, reels or stereopticon views or slides; providing
a system of examination, approval and regulation thereof,
and of the banners, posters, and other like advertising matter
used in connection therewith; creating the Board of Censors;
and providing penalties for the violation of this Act", so as
to provide that the said Board of Censors shall pay all fees
received by it into the State Treasury, and that the expenses
and salaries of the Board shall be paid by the State in the
manner provided by law.

SEpTiON 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That sections 11 and 12 of Chapter 209 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1916, entitled "An Act re-
lating to motion picture films, reels or stereopticon views or
slides; providing a system of examination, approval and regula-
tion thereof, and of the banners, posters, and other like adver-
tising matter used in connection therewith; creating the Board
of Censors; and providing penalties for the violation of this
Act,'' be and the same hereby are, respectively, repealed and re-
enacted with amendments, so as to read as follows:

11. For the examination of each film, reel, or set of views,
the Board shall receive in advance a fee of two dollars and one
dollar for each duplicate or print thereof, which must be applied
for at the same tinue and by the same person; and the Board
shall account for and pay all fees received by it into the State
Treasury.
