of competent jurisdiction to have the enforcement of the
same enjoined on the ground that such regulation is un-
reasonable, unlawful or in excess of the powers herein con-
ferred upon said Board of Motor Vehicle Headlight Inspec-
tion.
Any person who shall turn all or any of his motor vehicle
lights off for the purpose of avoiding arrest shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, subject to a
penalty of one hundred dollars ($100. 00) or imprisonment
f or a period not to exceed ninety days, or both fine and im-
prisonment.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Acts, or
parts of Acts, inconsistent herewith be and the same are
hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
'SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 62.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 456 and 457 of Article 27 of
Bagby's Annotated Code of the Public General Laws of
Maryland, Edition of 1924, title "Crimes and Punish-
ments, " sub-title "Poison—Attempting to, " and to enact
in lieu thereof, nine (9) new Sections, to be added to
Article 43 of Bagby's Annotated Code of the Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, Edition of 1924, title "Health, "
said new Sections to bear the sub-title "Poison Law, " to
follow immediately after Section 241, and to be known as
Sections 241 (a), 241 (b), 241 (c), 241 (d), 241 (e), 241 (f),
241 (g), 241 (h) and 241 (i), respectively, regulating the
sale and other disposition of poisons.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 456 and 457 of Act 27 of Bagby's
Annotated Code of the Public General Laws of Maryland,
Edition of 1924, title "Crimes and Punishments, " sub-title
"Poison—Attempting to, " be, and the same are hereby,
repealed.
