OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE
To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:
I, JOHN R. REEVES, SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OF
MARYLAND, pursuant to the direction contained in Section
203 of Article 33 of the Code of Maryland (1947 Edition)
DO HEREBY CERTIFY, That at the General Election held on
November 4, 1952, in the State of Maryland, an Act known
as Chapter 298 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1951,
was submitted to the voters of Talbot County, Maryland, for
their adoption or rejection, under the provisions of Chapter
298 of the Acts of 1951, said Act being:
"An Act to add a new section to Article 27 of the An-
notated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition) authoriz-
ing the exhibition of motion pictures on Sunday after
2 P. M. within the boundaries of Talbot County. "
AND I DO CERTIFY, That at said election 4, 358 votes were
cast in favor of the adoption of said Chapter 298 of the Acts
of 1951 and 2, 603 votes were cast against the adoption of the
said Act; and a majority being cast for the adoption of said
Chapter 298, the said Act has, therefore, been ratified by the
voters of Talbot County.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto sub-
