284) On the 9.th day of September 1758 Came Henry Wright Crabb before us Two of his Lordships Justices of Frederick County and acknowledged the Land and Premisses within mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within mentioned Richard Snowden his Heirs and Assigns according to the True intent and Meaning of the within Deed Tho.s Beatty Jacob Duckett Sept.r 9.th 1758 Received the Sum of five Shillings Sterling of the within Mentioned Richard Snowden being the Consideration Money within Expressed Th.o Beatty P Henry Wright Crabb Jacob Duckett 9 1/2 sides Recorded 13 Sep.r 1758 Ex.d This Indenture made the first day of August in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Fifty Eight Between Nathan Smith of Prince Georges County Gentleman of the one Part and Archibald Smith of Prince Georges County Gentleman of the other Part Witnesseth that it is Covenanted concluded and agreeded between the Parties to these Presents that it shall and may be Lawfull for the Said Nathan Smith before the first Day of the next Provincial Court to Prosecute out of the High Court of Chancery one or more Writ or Writs of Entry Sur Disseizen in le post against the Said Archibald Smith returnable to the next Provincial Court whereby the Said Nathan Smith shall and may demand against the Said Archibald Smith all that Tract or parcel of Plantable Land called Edmondsons Pasture lying and being in Prince Georges County with the Apurtenances Containing (three) |
