       Court of Canterbury One of them of the Will of James Armour late
       of the Parish of Saint Olave Hart Street London Deceased and the
       Other of the Will of Andrew Armour late of the Island of Jamaica
       deceased And this Deponent Saith that the Names William Legard,
       Pet S.t Eloy, Hen Stevens and the words Deputy Registers Set or
       Subscribed to the Said Several Extracts are the proper Hand writing
       of the said William Legard and this Deponent further Saith that he
       did on the Seventeenth day of this Instant March see John Stewart
       of London Merchant Sign Seal and as his Act and Deed deliver the
       paper Writing also hereunto annext marked C purporting to be
       a Letter of Attorney from him to Duncan Campbell of London
       Merchant And this Deponent Saith that the Said John Stewart so
       Signed Sealed and Delivered the Same in the Presence of Charles Madockes
       and this Deponent ^and this Deponant^ Saith that the Names Charles Madockes and
       William Halliwell Set or Subscribed to the Said Letter of Attorney as
       Witnesses attesting the Execution thereof are the proper Hands writing
       of the Said Charles Madockes and this Deponent And this Deponent
       further Saith that he did on the Eighteenth Day of the said Month of
       March See William Bowden of London Merchant and Richard Glover
       of London Esquire Severally Sign Seal and as their Act and Deed deliver
       the paper Writing also hereunto annext Marked D purporting to
       be a Letter of Attorney from them to the said Duncan Campbell And
       this Deponent Saith that the said William Bowden and Richard
       Glover so Signed Sealed and Delivered the Same in the Presence of the
       said Charles Madockes and this Deponant And this Deponent saith
       that the Names Charles Madockes and William Halliwell set or subscribed
       to the Said last mentioned Letter of Attorney as Witnesses attesting the
       Execution thereof are the proper Hands writing of the Said Charles Madockes
       and this Deponent      sworn at the Mansion House London the 21.st day
       of March 1758 before me                              William Halliwell
