state aided educational institutions
36.01.03.01 Maryland School for the Blind
Appropriations are to be disbursed by the Treas-
ury Department on transmittal from the
State Department of Education, in accordance
with regulations prescribed by said State
Department of Education. Any part of this
appropriation by consent of both parties may
be used for matching purposes in the event
Federal Funds are available. This appropria-
tion is contingent upon the school complying
with the provisions of Article 85A, Section 16
of the 1957 Annotated Code and the 1971
Cumulative Supplement.

Appropriations are to be disbursed by the Treas-
