Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation", Subtitle 6, "Water and Waste-
water Charges and Assessments", changing the rate schedules for
the disposal of septic waste.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the County Council of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland, That new Section 17-607A(l) of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation",
Subtitle 6, "Water and Wastewater Charges and Assessments", be
and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
Section 17-607A.
(1) The following charges are hereby established for the dis-
posal and treatment of septic tank sludge and chemical wastes at
Anne Arundel County owned and operated wastewater treatment
plants and/or collecting systems:
For Septic Tank Sludge
[$0.011] $0.006 per gallon of [rated capacity of tank truck
Minimum Charge of $5.50 per tank truck] septic tank sludge
accepted.
For Chemical Wastes from Chemical Portable Toilets
[$0.022] $0.012 per gallon of [rated capacity of tank truck
Minimum Charge of $11.00 per tank truck] chemical waste
accepted.
Section 2. And be it further enacted, That this Ordinance shall
take effect forty-five (45) days from the date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Sections 13-325 through 13-325.8, in-
clusive, to the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Sup-
plements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Zoning",
to follow immediately after Section 13-321.9 thereof (as enacted by
Bill No. 38-70), under the new Article VII, "Nonconformance"
providing for nonconforming uses and limitations, changes, discon-
tinuance, termination, and registration of existing nonconfor-
mities; providing for the adoption of zoning maps: authorizing the
renumbering of such sections of this Ordinance as may be neces-
sary or desirable when additional sections of this Subtitle are
adopted; providing that this Ordinance shall become effective only
upon the adoption of the entire Subtitle and the repealer of the
existing Zoning laws; and matters generally related thereto.
Whereas, The Charter of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, pro-
vides that the life of a bill is ninety-five (95) days; and
