the other provisions or any other application of this Act which
can be given effect without the invalid provisions or application, and
to this end, all the provisions of this Act are hereby declared to be
severable.

Section 5. And be it further enacted, That this Ordinance shall
become effective only after the entire Subtitle and Zoning maps are
adopted and become effective and Chapter 35 of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title, "Zoning", Arti-
cles I through V, inclusive, respectively titled "In General", "Dis-
tricts" "Board of Appeals", "Off-Street Parking and Loading Spaces
Generally" and "Signs and Outdoor Advertisements Generally",
and Article VI of said Chapter (as enacted by Bill No. 4-65), are
repealed.

tion 13-327 (k) (2) (being page 3, lines 9 through 13, inclusive,
of the proposed bill), as per the item veto attached hereto.

AN ORDINANCE to re-designate Title 12, "Licenses, Permits and
Inspections", of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements) as Title 12, "Licenses, Permits and Franchises";
to re-designate Subtitle 17, "Miscellaneous Licenses, Permits and
Franchises"; to repeal Bills Nos. 19-66 and 20-66, and to add new
Sections 12-1715 through 12-1735, inclusive, to said Code, Title and
Subtitle (as re-designated) in lieu of said Bills, to follow immedi-
ately after Section 12-1714 thereof, to be under the new Article V,
"Franchises", granting certain non-exclusive franchises to erect,
construct, operate and maintain a community antenna television
system (CATV), providing for the territory, use and regulation
of said franchises, providing penalties for failure to comply with
the provisions of said franchise, and matters generally related
thereto.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the County Council of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland, That Title 12, "Licenses, Permits and Inspec-
tions", of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements) be, and it is hereby re-designated as Title 12, "Li-
censes, Permits and Franchises".

Section 2. And be it further enacted, That Subtitle 17,

"Miscellaneous Licenses and Permits", of said Code and Title, be
